After Pregnancy

I delivered 6 weeks back and now want to kick start losing all those preggie pounds. I need to lose 20 pounds Plz..kodiga tips ivvandi...Am still nursing so want a balance..

Ippudu naa prob enti antey..I was doing fine until recently..Naa milk production suddenga drop ayindhi, so everyone wanted me to eat more Ippudu naaku visukuga vundi...Am scared that if I cut down on my food, my milk production will get worse...Andhukey food control cheykunda exercise evaina cheyacha ani alochistuna. naaku telisina friend ki doc delivery taravatha 3 months nunchi excersice cheyochu ani cheppindi anta.. but she was not having time to do that.. kani excersice lekunda ee madhya taggatam ledu anta weight after pregnency.. chaala mandi chepthunnaru.. kani if ur doc suggests u take more time before u excersice and all.. its better to follow ur docs words i guess.. - Vineela

For milk production..try to eat more veggies n drink milk...especially my doc suggested malt..which is in beer(sorry,it helps a lot it seems)..ofcourse no alchohol one in super markets.if u really need it,try this one.. - Amulya

Try to have more milk, bread and leafy vegetables like spinach, methi etc. they will help u a lot in producing milk. aku kuralu thinte emi lavu avvavu, dhantlo fat content emi vundadhu kadha so nuvvu bhayapadakkarledhdhu.

Dont worry abt ur weight and size...it will not go so soon, but will go gradually by the end of ur babies first yr...so dont worry much abt it and eat as much as u can.

Naku delivery ayyi 10 months avutondi,nenu delivery aina 6 months nunchi not heavy exercises kani excersise chestunna like yoga,kani na potta,thighs and weight eee matram tagaledu. nenu still breastfeeding. taganu kani lavugha unna nenu koncham sanapadanu antey kani weight lo eee matram change ledu. nenu sarigha cheyadam leda or else breastfeeding chestunna ani tagadam leda. entho emi ardam kavadam ledu. poni gym ki velldam antey time undi kani ma ammaiy tho kastam koncham. - Sireesha
