Tiredness

Ammayilu....naa profession meelo chaala mandiki telusu...kani dani valla vache side effects prolly kontha mandi ke telusu...
Work nunchi vachinagane...ye joint ki aaa joint gatigaaa patukopotayi....

drugs/ tablets mostly avoid chesta...dani vere reason undi....oka phobia laga...unless inka veera severa ayite gani...pain killers vesukoonu...)

I think your muscles are over worked. I remember reading in your blog or in one of ur answers from your hot seat forum, you lift heavy bags. I think that is causing the pain.
I have back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain. The root cause of all these pains is lack of proper exercise and over stressing certain muscles. The shoulder pain, according to the physical therapist is, carrying heavy stuff. In my case she said, it could be the grocery bags. I live in nyc and unlike most of you suburbanites, I don't have the luxury of driving to the store and getting my groceries. I can't even take a taxi bcz the store is just 2 blocks away. So I just carry them home (if I have lot, I have it home delivered). The therapist said, even thought it is just 2-3 bags, if you do it on a regular basis with lack of exercise, your muscles are stressed out.
Just walking, treadmill, etc...isn't sufficient. Part from the cardio, we have to do certain exercises that target each and every body part. Coming back to me, when I regularly do the simple stretching exercises that i learned during my therapy, my neck, back and shoulders are fine. Manamu manchi eluvaatlu eikuva roojulu paatinchalemu kadha...so when ever I neglect, I am back to square on.
Coming back to you, I think you should consult a doctor. You may require some therapy. For temporary relief try giving heat to your body. Heat pads can do miracles to over stressed muscles. And maintain a good posture.

just like you, even i can't sleep in the nights when i have this pain. I too turn and toss all night....so i can relate to ur pain...
Amu..nee post chadivithe chala badha vesindhi..kanii profession and health both are very important amu..kani personally i think..nuvvu konni rojulu work nundi off teesukoo..so that konchem relief untundhi..and nuvvu off teesukunnapatiki work ki vellinappatiki theda kanapaduthundhi and you will become energetic too ...mariii mana body ni over work chesina kuda battery down ayipoyinattu down ayipothundhi..strength kuda taggipothundhi amu..inka nuvvu young ee kada..just imagine you after 6 to 10 yrs if you continue to over work your body ...apudu asalu strength undadu Amu...manchi food teesukoo..
and konchem exersice cheyyi upper body strength kosam...ekkuva kasta padaddhu exercise kuda..try to do meditation daily twice for atlest 2 timess..this will help you relax your muscles and from tired ness...
work nundi raagane ..vanta ani panulu pettukokunda if psbl take a warm tub bath for atleat 25 mins..lie dowm in the warm water and listen to some pleasant music..this helps you to forget abt your work pressure and any kind of pressure and tired ness and your body will also get relaxed from tired ness....ila cheyatam daily psbl anipinchakapothe..then do it atleast thrice a week Amu....this really helps trust me..
and don forget to take healthy food and drink milk daily for strength...

meeru molakalu / sprouts prati roju morning break fast place lo tinte.. mee problem easy ga solve avutundi... exercises kuda cheste inka fast ga relief avutundi.. maximum it wil take 3 months to recover.. my mother had even severe problem than u.. now she can climb steps.. go for brisk also..
Go for massage alternate week. Take more rest, daily do 1/2 an hour pranayama. You can watch pranayama vedios in youtube (Baba Ramdev). Eat more Protien food like Chicken. If you are vegtarian eat avacado recipes.
