Hey ammayilu nenu ee madya YOGA ki velthunanu so akkada kothaga konni visheyalu teliseye so thought of sharing with u guys meeku emaina help avuthai emo choodandi ave enti ante.....
1)firstly manam roju nights nidra poye tappudu left side ki padukovali anta endukante right nostil eppudu paiki vundali anta which is very imp while sleeping..ade endukante left paiki vunte mana energy ekkuvga use chesukodu anta and padukune tappudu chala changes avuthai anta and ala left side paduvovatam valla i mean ur right nostil(nose) piaki vundatam valla breathing proper avuthundi anta and it will also help u in digesting ur food quick anta so try to do this girls..
2)mee mukku ni firstly oka side muyandi mee finger tho and breath out fast ga with the other one and see if the air is coming out properly and vice versa wid the other nostil..ela cheyali adeenduku ante cheputha, ala chesara ok rendu nostils lo nunchi equal ga meeru breath out chese tappudu bagane vunte that is healthy and if only right one is working aa ade kuda healthy kani left baga pani chesthe matram danger danivalla chala problems vastayi anta mainly :
obese
health problems,
and heat produce cheyadu
dani valla body deniki sarega quick ga respond avvadu anta ...

meeru padukuni legise tappudu never get up straight always turn and then get up this is the major thing which helps ur body in saving ur right energy anta..endukante padukunappudu energy antha stomach lo vuntundi anta so that is the reason and this is specially beneficial for women..

if the left nostril is working better than right nostril u said we can face some problems kada...remedy kuda cheppara kanukoni.........how to make right one also work better ani?? - Archana
Hi archana, right kuda panicheyali ante oka chinna breathing exercise vuntundi so ade cheyali and ekkuva right de use cheyataniki try cheyali while breathing and as i said in my 1 point padukune tappudu eppudu leftside ki terege padukovali anta right one facing tothe sky..ala melli melliga try chesthe it will be fine ..actually our whole body lo changes and problems mana mana breathing stlyles valla vastayi anta ...so better way of breathing will keep us healthy..i know nenu chepede konchem variety ga vundachu kani this is wat i learnt in the class today so hope this will help u.. - - Lavanya
