Feeling Nauceous

Ammayilu , ee roju morning nunchi I am throwing up , I am unable to keep anything in and iam very nauceous,can u give me any tips on what to do.called my doc she is not in office today but the nurse told me to take rest and drink lot of water to keep hydrated.meeru inka eemaina tips unte cheppara,iam so hungry,i dont feel like eating at all,if i eat,iam throwing up.please help me - Prashanthi
